a) The Customers who subscribe byemail to the vivobuy store through the event page during the activity period have a chance to win prize as subscriber, please refer to the below table for details:

b) The computer process will selectwinner, and the winner list will be announced on the event landing page.
c) The Prize ticket to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ final isprovided by the Organizer, and Organizer reserves the right to the option and selection of the ticket (including but not limited to the match and time andseat).
d)The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.
e)The Prize is not covered byinsurance or the warranty of the Organizer.
f) Organizer reserves the right to change the Prize with prize of the same value.
g) vivobuy Service Team will contact the winner within 7 days from the date of the Winner Announcement for verification and to inform about the requirements for prize collection ("Notification"). The winner is required to reply to the Notification within seven (7) days from the date of Notification. In the event that the winner fails to reply to the Notification within seven (7) days from the date of Notification with all the information/documents required, the Prize won will be forfeited automatically and it will thereafter be deemed to have lapsed unconditionally and irrevocably.
6．Determination
6.1 Compensation of the prize in cash, exchange, or transfer to other persons is excluded.
6.2 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you cannot take up the prize.
6.3 The Prize is not resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
